It is our utmost priority to ship all orders received by 2pm MT Mon-Fri (excluding holidays), including items that are dropshipped by some of our vendors.
The average processing time is 1-2 business days for orders that are placed after 2pm. Please keep in mind delays may occur, especially during peak shopping times, which can delay your order for 1-4 business days. It’s also possible for our shipping carriers to delay your shipment.
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is processed and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
If you decide that you don’t want the product, we will happily accept the unopened package within 15 days of the purchase and issue you a full refund. We do not charge a restocking free, but the customer is responsible for the return label.
If we accidentally shipped the incorrect item or it is defected, please email us a picture of the item to [email protected] explaining the situation and we will be happy to replace it, no questions asked. However, the packaging on the item must remain unopened to be valid for a replacement.
